🚖 Terms & Conditions – Shree Tour and Travels

Welcome to Shree Tour and Travels. By booking our taxi services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance via call, WhatsApp, or through our official booking platform.
  • Confirmation of the booking will be shared via SMS/WhatsApp along with vehicle details.
  • Rates are subject to availability and may vary based on peak seasons or demand.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are calculated based on the chosen vehicle, distance, duration, and tolls/state taxes where applicable.
  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining amount must be paid before the start or during the journey.
  • All payments must be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted modes.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the trip: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% deduction of the advance amount.
  • No-show without prior intimation: No refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

4. Vehicle Usage

  • The vehicle is available strictly for the route and purpose mentioned at the time of booking.
  • Extra kilometers or additional halts not discussed earlier may incur extra charges.
  • Smoking, drinking, or carrying illegal substances in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

5. Driver & Safety

  • All our drivers are licensed, experienced, and trained for long-distance travel.
  • Passengers are expected to treat drivers with respect and follow safety guidelines during travel.
  • The company is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or mechanical issues.

6. Permits & Legal Compliance

  • All our vehicles carry All India Tourist Permits and are fully insured.
  • Any fines or penalties due to passenger negligence will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Luggage Policy

  • Please inform us in advance if you have excess luggage or bulky items.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged luggage during the journey.

8. Modifications to Service

  • Shree Tour and Travels reserves the right to modify routes, vehicles, or pricing due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers will be informed in advance in case of any changes.

9. Disputes & Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kota, Rajasthan only.
